History (marketplace connection log)

See every request OrderPilot sent to Amazon, Walmart and your other connected services in the last 7 days, and what came back.

What it's for

OrderPilot talks to Amazon, Walmart and your other connected services all day: fetching orders, sending prices and inventory, buying labels, sending entries to QuickBooks and more. The History page lists every one of those calls β€” what was sent, what came back, whether it worked and how long it took.

Use it to check whether something really reached a marketplace, or to see the exact error a marketplace gave. It is also useful to share with support.

Calls are kept for 7 days, then deleted automatically.
