Channel SKUs: the listing details window
Open any channel listing to see its status, inventory, components, sales, profit, returns, repricing, shipping, images and change history, and to edit or act on it.
What it's for
The listing details window shows everything about one channel listing in one place. You can see how the listing is doing on Amazon or Walmart, which products and vendors it is built from, how it sells and what it earns. You can also edit it and take actions on it.
Where to find it
Go to Inventory β Channel SKUs in the left sidebar and click any row in the table.
You can also open a channel listing from other pages that link to it. While the window is open, the address in your browser points to that listing, so you can copy it and share it with a teammate.
The screen at a glance
Header
The top of the window shows:
- the product image;
- the channel SKU, with a copy button;
- the channel status badge (for example Active);
- a red β Restricted badge if OrderPilot is sending 0 inventory. Hover over it to see why, since when and who restricted it;
- a purple Bundle badge if the listing is made of several products;
- the title. Click it to open the listing on Amazon or Walmart in a new tab;
- the ASIN (or Walmart Item ID) and the channel name.
Copy buttons (β§) sit next to the SKU, title and ID.
If you have unsaved changes, an amber Unsaved changes note appears in the header with Discard and πΎ Save buttons.
The footer shows the listing's internal ID and channel, the β‘ Actions menu and Close.

- 180-day avg: a reference figure over the last 180 days.

The Amazon status field is read-only. Amazon sets it and OrderPilot syncs it automatically.

- Click + Add component.
- Type at least two characters of a catalog SKU, UPC or title. Click the right match in the list.

- Type the amount in the Avg shipping box.

Averaging restarts from that value. Only shipments after now are blended in.
Tips and troubleshooting
- Sales, P&L or Returns are empty. The listing must be linked to a catalog SKU. Link it on the Components tab.
- The status says "Not published". The channel has never reported this listing. Publish it from the Actions menu, or wait for the next listings sync.
- Images say "not available for this channel". Image sync only works for Amazon listings.
- Repricing says "no cost for this SKU". The repricer needs a vendor cost to build a Min price. Make sure the listing is linked and at least one vendor has a price.
- "Retire is a Walmart action". Amazon listings can't be retired here. Use Restrict to stop selling on Amazon, or Delete from Amazon in the bulk Actions menu.
- Changes don't show right away. After a save, the window reloads the listing. If a background job is involved (sync, publish, switch), check the Jobs panel.
