Channel SKUs

See and manage every listing you sell on Amazon and Walmart, how each one links to your catalog, and what inventory OrderPilot sends.

What it's for

A channel SKU is one listing on a sales channel: an Amazon offer (identified by its ASIN and your seller SKU) or a Walmart item (identified by its Walmart SKU and item ID).

The Channel SKUs page lists all of them in one place. Use it to:

This article covers the main list. Two related articles cover the rest:

Where to find it

In the left sidebar, open Inventory and click Channel SKUs.

You need the SKUs permission to open this page. If you can't see it, ask an admin on your team.

The screen at a glance

The main list, showing listings from all channels with their status, price, buy box and catalog link.

From top to bottom you'll see:

  1. Title and count. The total number of listings that match your current search and filters.
  2. Toolbar. The search box, Filters, your active filter chips, the Views button, the Actions menu and + Add listing.
  3. Channel tabs. All, Amazon and Walmart.
  4. Status tiles. A count for each listing status. Click a tile to show only those listings.
  5. The listings table.
  6. Page controls at the bottom.

Channel tabs

Switching tabs clears any status filter, because each channel uses its own status words.

Status tiles

The tiles above the table show how many listings are in each status. Click a tile to filter the table to that status. Click All to clear it. The selected tile has a green outline.

Every tab also shows two extra tiles:

Columns in the table

Column What it shows
Image A thumbnail. Hover over it to see a larger version.
ASIN / Walmart ID The channel's product ID. Click it to open the listing on Amazon or Walmart in a new browser tab. A purple Bundle tag means the listing is made of several catalog SKUs.
Channel SKU Your seller SKU on that channel.
UPC The listing's barcode, if known.
Title The listing title.
Status The status the channel reports, such as Active, Inactive, Suppressed or Stranded. Not published means the channel has never reported it. A red Restricted line means OrderPilot is sending 0 inventory for this listing on purpose (see "Restricted listings" below).
FBA/FBM FBA means Amazon fulfills the order. FBM means you fulfill it. OrderPilot never pushes your own quantity to an FBA listing. Walmart listings show a dash.
List Price Your price from the last listings sync.
Buy Box The current buy box price. A green You tag means you hold the buy box. An AMZ tag means Amazon holds it. Below the price you'll see how far you are from the buy box: "โˆ’$0.50 to match" (lower your price by this much to match), "$0.50 below", or "at buy box".
Bought/mo Amazon's own "bought in past month" figure for the product (for example 600+). It is not an OrderPilot estimate.
Rank Amazon sales rank. Hidden by default.
Catalog SKU The catalog SKU this listing is linked to. An amber โš  Not linked means there is no link yet.
Linked How the link is built. For example "1 item ยท ร—2" is a 2-pack of one catalog SKU, and "2 items ยท ร—1 ร—1" is a bundle of two products. Hover over it to see the parts.
Vendors A green badge for each vendor that has this item in stock. A red OOS badge means no linked vendor has stock. Bundles show a purple Kit badge. Hover over a vendor badge to see the vendor's item title, cost and vendor SKU.
Vendor SKUs Each vendor's SKU for the item, with an OOS tag if that vendor is out of stock. Hidden by default.
Avg Ship The average shipping cost for this listing. If there's no average yet, you'll see the minimum shipping amount from your inventory settings in grey with a small "min" label.
Calc Inv The quantity OrderPilot has calculated to send to the channel. Green is a high quantity, yellow a lower one, and red is zero.
Last Synced When OrderPilot last got data for this listing from the channel.

Many cells have a small copy icon (โง‰) next to them. Click it to copy the ASIN, SKU, UPC, title or vendor SKU.

Sorting and resizing columns

Pages

At the bottom, use โ† Previous, the page numbers and Next โ†’ to move between pages. The Results per page box lets you show 50, 100, 250 or 1000 rows. Choose Endless scroll to keep loading more rows as you scroll down. This browser remembers your choice.

Search and filters

Type in the search box to search by ASIN or Walmart ID, channel SKU, UPC or title. Results update as you type. Searching looks across all statuses, so any status tile you picked is cleared.

Filters

Two active filter chips and the List vs Buy Box filter being added.

Click โš™ Filters โ–พ and pick a filter. A small box opens where you set the value. Click Apply.

Each active filter appears as a green chip next to the Filters button.

Available filters:

Filter What it finds
Status One or more statuses, including Not published and Not linked.
Amazon inactive reason Inactive Amazon listings, grouped by the reason Amazon gives, with a count for each. Reasons that haven't been fetched yet show as "No reason fetched yet". If some are missing, click โ†ป Load reasons from Amazon. This runs in the background, so check the Jobs panel and reopen the filter in a few minutes.
Availability Listings by which vendors have them available, both, or none.
FBA/FBM Amazon-fulfilled or merchant-fulfilled listings.
Linked Listings that have a catalog link, or that don't.
Bundle Bundles only, or non-bundles only.
List price, Cost price, Buy-box, Avg shipping, Sales rank, Bought/mo A minimum and/or maximum value.
List vs Buy Box Listings priced below, above or equal to the buy box. For below or above, you can also set an amount in $ or %, "or more" or "or less". Leave the amount at 0 to find any difference.
Calc inv Listings whose calculated inventory is 99, 49 or 0.
Has vendor but OOS Listings linked to a given vendor that is currently out of stock.
Has image Listings with or without an image.
Vendor SKU, Catalog SKU list, ASIN list, Channel SKU list Paste a list, one per line or separated by commas, to see just those listings.
Price changed Listings whose price changed in the past hour, day or week.
Repricer changes Listings where something changed that would make the repricer act differently: a vendor cost changed, the cheapest in-stock vendor went out of stock or came back, or the average shipping changed. Choose from the past hour up to the past 30 days.

Views and columns

The ๐Ÿ—‚ Views button (next to โ‹ฎ) shows the name of the saved view you are using. Click it or the โ‹ฎ button to open the menu.

Customize columns

Choose ๐Ÿงฉ Customize columns.

These changes are saved automatically in this browser. You don't need to save a view for everyday tweaks.

Save a view

At the bottom of the Customize columns panel:

  1. Type a name in Save as view.
  2. Tick Set as my default if you want this view to be your starting point.
  3. Click ๐Ÿ’พ Save view.

A view saves your columns, column order, column widths, filters, search text and channel tab. If you save with the name of an existing view, that view is updated.

Manage saved views

Choose ๐Ÿ—‚ Manage saved views to see your views. Views are personal. Each user has their own list.

How to add a listing by hand

  1. Click + Add listing.
  2. Under Channel, pick Amazon or Walmart.
  3. Fill in the IDs: - Amazon: ASIN is required. Channel SKU is your seller SKU. - Walmart: Walmart SKU is required. Walmart ID (the item ID) and UPC / GTIN are optional.
  4. Add a Title if you like, and choose a Status. Suppressed and Stranded are only offered for Amazon.
  5. Enter the Listing price.
  6. Leave Qty override blank to use your normal channel quantity rules. Enter a number only if you want to always send that quantity.
  7. Under Catalog SKU Components, click + Add catalog SKU. Type at least two characters, then pick the catalog SKU from the list. Set its Qty. - For a 3-pack, add the one catalog SKU with Qty 3. - For a bundle, add each catalog SKU with its own quantity. - Click ร— to remove a row.
  8. Click Save listing.

You must add at least one catalog SKU. A listing with more than one catalog SKU, or one catalog SKU with a quantity above 1, is saved as a bundle or multi-pack.

How to find listings that need linking

  1. Click the Not linked status tile.
  2. Open each listing and use + Add component on the Components tab to link it.

To link many listings at once, use Imports in the Actions menu with the Prefill the template option. That gives you a file with every unlinked channel SKU already filled in. See Channel SKUs: bulk actions, imports and exports.

How to find listings priced above the buy box

  1. Click the Amazon tab.
  2. Click โš™ Filters โ–พ and choose List vs Buy Box.
  3. Pick List price ABOVE Buy Box. Optionally enter an amount, for example 1 and $ and or more.
  4. Click Apply.
  5. To keep this list handy, open โ‹ฎ โ†’ Customize columns, type a name such as "Above buy box" and click ๐Ÿ’พ Save view.

Restricted listings

Restrict is OrderPilot's own on/off switch for a listing. A restricted listing:

The channel's own status (Active, Inactive and so on) is separate and can't be edited in OrderPilot.

You can restrict listings in bulk from Actions โ†’ Restrict / Unrestrictโ€ฆ, or one at a time from the listing details window.
