Channel SKUs: bulk actions, imports and exports

Use the Actions menu on the Channel SKUs page to import and export listings, push inventory, publish to Amazon and Walmart, restrict, unlink and delete.

What it's for

The ⚡ Actions menu on the Channel SKUs page holds everything you can do to many listings at once:

For the main list, filters and views, see Channel SKUs. For a single listing, see Channel SKUs: the listing details window.

Where to find it

Go to Inventory → Channel SKUs in the left sidebar. Click ⚡ Actions ▾ at the top right.

Most actions work on the listings you have selected. Tick the boxes at the start of the rows. To include every listing that matches your filters, tick the header box, then click Select all matching listings in the green banner. If an action needs a selection and you haven't made one, you'll see "Select listings first".

The screen at a glance

The Actions menu, grouped into general, Amazon, Walmart and selection actions.

The menu has five groups:

  1. General: Imports…, Export…, and Recompute all avg shipping.
  2. Amazon — on selected: actions that talk to Amazon.
  3. Walmart — on selected: publishing to Walmart.
  4. Restrict / Unrestrict…
  5. On selected: unlink and delete.

Many actions run in the background. When they do, OrderPilot shows a message and opens the Jobs panel so you can follow progress.

Button What it does
📥 Imports… Opens the Imports window: download a template, then upload a CSV file to update or create listings.

📡 Send to SellerSnap Shows only if your company has the SellerSnap connection set up. Sends a one-off cost file for the selected listings to SellerSnap, with the same columns as the scheduled file. You'll be asked to confirm. Listings outside the normal scope (not on Amazon, or with no priced vendor link) are skipped.

How to update listings from a spreadsheet (Imports)

The Imports window: choose template columns, set options, then upload your file.

The import matches rows to listings by Channel SKU. It applies whichever columns your file contains, such as catalog links, titles, prices, image URLs, average shipping and status.

  1. Click ⚡ Actions → 📥 Imports….
  2. Step 1: Template columns. Skip this step if you already have a file. - Tick the columns you want. Channel SKU is always included. - Columns you can add: ASIN, Catalog SKU, Quantity, Title, List price, Image URL, Avg shipping cost and Status. - Tick Prefill the template to get one row for every listing that isn't linked yet, so you only fill in the new columns. Leave it off to get just the headers. - Click ⬇ Template to download the file.
  3. Fill in the file in your spreadsheet program and save it as CSV.
  4. Step 2: Options. - Do not change if blank (on by default): an empty cell leaves the current value alone. Turn it off if you want an empty Catalog SKU cell to remove the link. - Create new listings if they don't exist: rows whose Channel SKU isn't found become new listings. When you tick this, you must also choose the channel for the new listings. Do not update existing listings is then ticked by default, so only the new rows are added. Untick it to update existing listings too. - Create catalog SKUs if they don't exist: a Catalog SKU in the file that doesn't exist yet is created, so linking can go ahead.
  5. Step 3: Upload. Drag your CSV onto the dashed box, or click the box to choose the file.
  6. Confirm the import. It runs in the background. Follow it in the Jobs panel.

Linking, multi-packs and bundles in the file

Undoing an import

Made a mistake? Go to Settings → Inventory → Undo uploads. You can reverse an upload there within 1 hour.

How to export listings to CSV

  1. Optional: select listings, or set up the search and filters you want.
  2. Click ⚡ Actions → ⬇ Export….
  3. Choose the scope: - Current filter / selection: only the selected listings, or if none are selected, everything matching your current tab, search and filters. - Whole catalog: all listings.
  4. Tick the columns you want. The columns you can currently see in the table are ticked for you. Use Select all or Clear to change many at once.
  5. Optional: type a new header name next to any column to rename it in the file.
  6. Click ⬇ Download CSV.

How to push inventory to Amazon

  1. Select the listings. To push inventory for everything, select nothing.
  2. Click ⚡ Actions → 📦 Push inventory to Amazon.
  3. If nothing is selected, confirm that you want to push your whole catalog.

The push runs in the background as one batch. FBA listings never receive your own quantity.

How to publish offers on existing ASINs

Use this when the product already exists on Amazon and you want to add your offer to it. Amazon only needs your seller SKU, the ASIN and a list price. The title and images come from the existing product page.

  1. Select the listings.
  2. Click ⚡ Actions → 🔗 Add listing to existing ASIN.
  3. Confirm. Listings are sent in batches of 500, and Amazon takes about 5 to 10 minutes per batch. Follow it in the Jobs panel.

Good to know:

How to switch between FBA and FBM

  1. Select the Amazon listings.
  2. Click ⚡ Actions → 🔁 Switch FBA / FBM….
  3. The window shows how many are currently FBM and how many are FBA. Walmart listings are skipped.
  4. Click the button for the direction you want: - Switch to FBA: Amazon fulfills. The offer shows as inactive until Amazon has FBA stock, and OrderPilot stops pushing your own quantity to it. - Switch to FBM: you fulfill. The offer goes active with your quantity and 1-day handling time. The next inventory push keeps it current.

Amazon usually applies the switch within a few minutes. If some listings fail, the message names the first one and why.

How to delete listings from Amazon

This removes your offer from the Amazon marketplace but keeps the row in OrderPilot. The row is tagged with your reason, so it isn't relisted by accident.

  1. Select the listings.
  2. Click ⚡ Actions → 🗑 Delete from Amazon.
  3. OrderPilot checks how many of them can be deleted from Amazon and shows the count.
  4. Pick a Reason, or choose Other… and type one. A reason is required.
  5. Click Delete from Amazon.

The deletion runs in batches in the background. Follow it in the Jobs panel. In the listing details window, these listings show a red Removed from Amazon — do not relist banner with the reason.

How to publish to Walmart

  1. Select the listings.
  2. Click ⚡ Actions and choose: - 🏷 Add offer to existing Walmart item for items already in the Walmart catalog, or - 🆕 Create new Walmart listing for new items.
  3. For a new listing, pick a Category first. The table then loads the fields that category needs.
  4. The table has one row per listing and one column per field. Required fields have a red *. Missing values are shaded red. - Type or pick values in each cell. - Use the ⬇ apply to all row at the top to fill a column for every row at once.
  5. Click 💾 Save to keep your entries as a draft. The summary updates to show how many are ready and how many still need fields.
  6. Optional: click 👁 Preview payload to build a preview of what would be sent, without publishing anything.
  7. Click 🚀 Publish N ready and confirm. Only listings with every required field are published. New listings are reviewed by Walmart before they go live.

How to restrict or unrestrict listings

  1. Select the listings.
  2. Click ⚡ Actions → ⛔ Restrict / Unrestrict….
  3. Pick a Reason: Pricing / margin too low, Source out of stock / unreliable, Restricted / compliance / gated, Quality, safety, or recall, or Other… to type your own. Your company may require a reason before you can restrict.
  4. Click ⛔ Restrict (push 0 inventory) or 🟢 Unrestrict (resume selling).

Restricted listings have 0 inventory sent and stay restricted when the channel syncs. Unrestricting resumes the normal quantity.

  1. Select the listings.
  2. Click ⚡ Actions → 🔗 Delete catalog links (unlink).
  3. Confirm.

This clears the catalog link and any pack or bundle setup. The listings stay. They'll appear under Not linked until you link them again.

How to delete listings from OrderPilot

  1. Select the listings.
  2. Click ⚡ Actions → 🗑 Delete selected.
  3. Confirm.

The listings are removed from OrderPilot. This does not remove anything from Amazon or Walmart. To take a listing off Amazon, use Delete from Amazon instead.
