Repricer: Listings
See every Amazon listing with its price, the buy box, your profit and its Min/Max, and assign listings to strategies.
What it's for
The Listings tab of the Repricer shows every Amazon listing the Repricer knows about. For each one you can see:
- Your price now and where the brain wants to move it.
- What price would win the buy box, and who holds it now.
- Your cost, shipping, Amazon fee and profit.
- The listing's Min and Max, and its strategy.
From here you put listings on a strategy, turn repricing on or off, and set your own Min or Max for a single listing.
Changing anything on this tab is (admins only). Everyone can search, filter, save views and export.
Where to find it
In the left sidebar, open Inventory β Repricer, then click the Listings tab.
The screen at a glance
Toolbar
- Search: type a SKU, ASIN or title and press Enter.
- Filters: add filters (see below). Each shows as a green chip. Click a chip to change it, Γ to remove it, or clear all.
- Views: your saved views (see "How to save a view").
- Bulk edit: change many listings at once. It's greyed out until you tick some rows.
- β¬ Export: downloads a CSV file of every listing that matches your filters, across all pages.
- β¦ Columns: choose which columns to show.
Columns
The table starts in a compact layout. Hover the small i next to a column name for a short explanation.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Reprice | On/off switch. On = the brain prices this listing. Off = OrderPilot never touches its price. (admins only) |
| Product | SKU, ASIN, title and tags. Click the SKU or ASIN to copy it. Tags may include FBA, inactive (inactive on Amazon), outside change (the price was changed by someone other than OrderPilot in the last 24 hours), your own tags, and note (hover to read it). |
| Price | Your price on Amazon now, including any shipping you charge. A coloured arrow underneath shows where the brain is moving it ("queued" if it is waiting to be sent). Otherwise it shows when a price was last sent. Hover the price to see the last prices OrderPilot sent. An amber β RPR tag means the price is in a reduced profit range (see Tips). |
| To win | β winning if you hold the buy box. Otherwise the move needed to win it. Grey "within Min" means the brain will go there. Red "under Min" means winning needs a price below your Min, so the brain won't go there. Hover it for the profit at that price and what it would take. A lower Min link opens the Min editor with that price filled in. |
| Buy box | Who holds the buy box (π Ours, an FBA seller, an FBM seller, Amazon, or Suppressed), at what price, the number of offers, and your share of the last 24 hours. |
| Vendors | One letter per linked vendor. Green = in stock, red = out of stock. Hover for the vendor's name and cost. |
| Economics | Profit per unit at today's price and margin %, then cost + shipping and Amazon's fee. A no cost tag means the listing has no cost and is never repriced. |
| Min / Max | The lowest and highest price the brain may use, and the profit at each. Amber numbers are your own overrides. Click a number to change it. Click βΊ to go back to your rules. |
| Brain | The strategy (pick from the list to change it) and the latest decision. Hover the time for the full reason. |
| Details | Opens the full details panel for the listing. |
With β¦ Columns you can also show these: BB share (24h), Avg win price (24h), Amazon win price (the price Amazon says would win the buy box), Outside price (lowest price at other big retailers), COGS, Shipping, Amazon fees, Profit now, Min, Max, Markup, Profit at Min, Strategy, Last decision and Sales/day.
Click a column header with β to sort. Click again to reverse.

How to put listings on a strategy
- Use Filters to find the listings, for example Strategy: unassigned.
- Tick the listings. To pick every match, tick the box in the header, then click select all β¦ matching the filters.
- Click Bulk edit.
- Under Assign to strategy, pick the strategy.
- Click Apply. If you selected every matching listing, confirm the change.
New listings are never added to a strategy by themselves. Check for unassigned listings from time to time.
For a single listing, just pick the strategy from the list in its row.
How to use bulk edit
In the bulk edit panel, leave anything you don't want to change as it is.
- Assign to strategy: pick one, or tick Take off the repricer (no strategy).
- Per-SKU overrides: type a Min $, Max $ or Min markup % to set it on every selected listing. Tick Clear all overrides on these SKUs to remove them instead. Overrides stay even when you change your Min / Max rules later.
- Repricing on / off: Turn ON, or Turn OFF (never reprice these SKUs).
- Tags: add or remove tags, comma separated. Your existing tags are listed below.
- Note: type a note to set it on all selected listings, or tick Clear the note on these SKUs.
Click Apply. A message shows how many listings were updated.
How to set your own Min or Max for one listing
- Click the Min (or Max) number in the listing's row.
- Type the new price. Check the profit shown underneath.
- If you see an amber "reduced profit range" warning, click Use $β¦ to take the better price.
- Click Save. The number turns amber to show it is an override.
- To undo, click βΊ next to it, or open the editor and click Use rules.
How to stop repricing a listing
- Find the listing.
- Click the Reprice switch to turn it off. A message confirms "Repricing OFF for this SKU".
- OrderPilot will not change its price until you turn the switch back on.

- Click Views β οΌ Save current view asβ¦, type a name and confirm.
- To change a saved view later, open it, adjust things, then click Views β β³ Update "β¦" with what's on screen.

- To delete a view, click the β next to it and confirm.
Views save your filters, sort, columns, column order and widths. They are yours only.
Tips and troubleshooting
- No cost = no Min = never repriced. Filter Cost: no cost to find these and link them to a vendor item with a cost.
- Reduced profit range (RPR). Amazon's fee goes up above certain prices, for example 8% up to $10 and 15% above. That makes prices just above the step earn less than a price just below it. The β RPR tag points this out and suggests the better price.
- The brain won't go to the winning price. If To win is red, winning needs a price below your Min. Lower the Min (if the profit is still OK) or get a better vendor cost.
- Overrides survive rule changes. A Min, Max or markup you set on a listing stays until you remove it.
- outside change tag. Someone else changed the price (another repricer or a manual edit). OrderPilot only watches the listing until it's been quiet for 24 hours.
- "Nothing to change" in bulk edit means you didn't fill in or tick anything.
