The Jobs panel
See every sync, import, export and EDI file OrderPilot runs in the background, check for errors and cancel running jobs.
What it's for
OrderPilot does a lot of work in the background: importing orders, pushing inventory and prices, sending and receiving EDI files with vendors, uploading tracking, sending entries to QuickBooks and more. Each piece of work is a job. The Jobs panel lists them all so you can see what ran, what is running now and what failed.
Where to find it
Click Jobs in the box at the bottom of the sidebar. A small amber dot on the button means jobs are running right now.
The screen at a glance
- Health pills (top row) β show that OrderPilot's background workers are running and whether any jobs are overdue. A green dot means healthy; amber or red means something needs a look.
- Running jobs β each running job shows as a card with a progress ring (the number is the percent done), its name and what it is doing.
- Filters (toolbar):
- Group buttons β All, and one button per area such as Amazon, Walmart, Inventory, Repricer, Shipping, QuickBooks and EDI (all vendors' EDI files together).
- Type menu β appears after you pick a group. Tick one or more job types. It has its own filter box, All and Select all. Each type shows a colored dot for how its last run went and how many runs it had.
- Status β All statuses, Running, Done, Errors.
- Show idle runs β idle runs are jobs that ran and found nothing to do (for example, no new orders). They are hidden unless you tick this.
- Period β Last 24 hours, Last 7 days, Last 30 days or Last 90 days.
- Search β finds text in the description, error, job type, vendor and EDI file name. Type an order number, SKU or error text and press Enter.
- Table columns β Job ID, Time, Group, Job, What happened, Status (Done, Error, Running, Cancelled or Idle), Duration, Items (how many records it handled), Error, and action buttons.
- Pager β 100 jobs per page with βΉ Prev and Next βΊ.
The panel refreshes itself every few seconds while it is open.

Tips and troubleshooting
- Times are shown in New York time.
- Amazon sometimes needs a few minutes to process a feed. If the feed results say feeds are "still processing", open them again in a minute.
- If the panel says "Failed to load the jobs log", close it and open it again.
