Your account menu
Change your password, turn sign-in codes and text alerts on or off, pair a phone or OP Desktop, refresh the app and sign out.
What it's for
Your name at the bottom of the sidebar is your account button. It holds everything about you (not your company): your password, sign-in codes, text alerts, pairing your phone or OP Desktop, and signing out. Company-wide settings live on the Settings page instead.
Where to find it
Click your name at the very bottom of the sidebar. Under your name you see your role (for example Admin or Member).

Buttons and actions

| Refresh app (clear cache) | Reloads OrderPilot fresh. Every page is reloaded from scratch. |
| Terms / Privacy Policy | Open in a new tab. |
| Sign out | Signs you out and returns to the sign-in page. |
In Account settings:

| Text me order alerts (SMS) | Turns order alert text messages on or off for you. Saves as soon as you click. |
| Ask for a code at sign-in (2FA) | Turns two-step sign-in on or off. When on, you type a 6-digit code (sent by text or email) after your password. Saves as soon as you click. |
| Update password | Changes your password. Type your current password and a new one (12 characters or more). |
| Sign out | Signs you out. |
| Close | Closes the window. |
In Pair a phone:

How to change your password
- Click your name, then Account settings.
- Type your current password.
- Type a new password of 12 characters or more.
- Click Update password. "Password changed" confirms it.
How to pair a phone
- On your computer, click your name, then Pair a phone.
- Point the phone's camera at the QR code. It opens the OrderPilot Warehouse app on the phone and signs it in as you.
- If the phone can't scan, type the code shown under the QR into the phone app instead.
- If 60 seconds pass, click ↻ New code.

How to pair OP Desktop
- Install OP Desktop on your Windows computer (use Download OP Desktop for Windows if you don't have it).
- In OrderPilot, click your name, then Pair OP Desktop.
- Click Copy code and paste it into OP Desktop.
- If the code expires, click New code.
Tips and troubleshooting
- Pairing codes work once and expire after about a minute, so a photo of the code is useless later. That is on purpose.
- If a toggle in Account settings flips back by itself, the change did not save. Try again.
- Use Refresh app (clear cache) if a page looks stuck or out of date.
- If you must clock in to work, a small colored circle also appears next to your name. See Team for clocking in and out.
