Repricer
Let OrderPilot price your Amazon listings automatically, always between your Min and Max, and see how it is doing.
What it's for
The Repricer sets the price of your Amazon listings for you. It watches every competitor on each product in real time. When someone changes their price, the Repricer's "brain" decides whether your price should go down, go up or stay the same. It never goes below your Min price or above your Max price.
This article covers the Repricer as a whole and its Overview tab. Each other tab has its own article:
- Listings: every Amazon listing, its price, the buy box, your profit and its Min/Max. See Repricer: Listings.
- Strategies: pricing styles, the Live switch and the master switch. See Repricer: Strategies.
- Min / Max rules: how Min and Max are worked out from your costs. See Repricer: Min / Max rules.
- Decision log, Competitors and OP vs SellerSnap: what the brain did and what it learned. See Repricer: Decision log and Competitors.
- Amazon connection: the live price feed from Amazon. See Repricer: Amazon connection.
Most settings and every change on the Repricer pages are (admins only). Other team members can look, filter, save their own views and export.
Where to find it
In the left sidebar, open Inventory β Repricer.
The screen at a glance
The header (on every tab)
- Tabs: Overview, Listings, Strategies, OP vs SellerSnap, Decision log, Competitors, Min / Max rules and Amazon connection. Small numbers show how many listings, strategies and decisions there are.
- Setup guide: opens the getting-started checklist.
- Push pill: "pushing to Amazon" (green) when price changes are being sent, or "push OFF" when the master switch is off.
- Feed pill: shows whether Amazon price updates are arriving, for example "live Β· 1264 Amazon events/h", "live via backup check", "waiting for Amazon data" or "feed not connected".
- β» Refresh Min/Max (admins only): recalculates cost, shipping, Amazon fee % and Min/Max for every listing in the background.
Overview tab
Four tiles across the top:
| Tile | What it means |
|---|---|
| Buy box held | The share of your listings (with live offer data) where you hold the buy box right now. |
| Listings on a strategy | How many listings are assigned to a strategy. The line below shows how many are unassigned. For those, the brain only shows what it would do. |
| Decisions Β· 24h | How many pricing decisions the brain made in the last 24 hours, split into down, up and hold. |
| Prices pushed Β· 24h | How many new prices were sent to Amazon in the last 24 hours, with any failed and blocked counts. |
Below the tiles:
- Activity β last 48 hours: one bar per hour. Hover a bar to see the number of decisions and how many were made while you held the buy box.
- Buy box right now: a ring showing how many listings you hold the buy box on, how many a competitor holds, and how many are suppressed or unknown.
- Strategies: each strategy with its number of listings and whether it is Live or Monitor. A fixed tag marks a built-in preset. Click a row or Manage to open the Strategies tab.
- Needs a look: short notes about anything that needs your attention, with links. "Nothing needs attention" means all is well.

How to get started with the Repricer
The setup guide opens by itself the first time you visit, until setup is done. You can open it any time with Setup guide. It has eight steps. Steps with an Open button take you to the right tab.
- Connect your Amazon seller account in Settings β Channels β Amazon.
- Amazon price data is flowing. This starts by itself within minutes of connecting.
- Costs for your listings. A listing without a cost is never repriced. Costs come from your vendor catalogs in OrderPilot (Source SKUs linked to Catalog SKUs).
- Amazon fee schedules learned. This happens automatically.
- Review your Min / Max rules and save them once.
- Put listings on a strategy from the Listings tab.
- Set a strategy to Live on the Strategies tab.
- Turn on Push to Amazon with the master switch on the Strategies tab. Nothing reaches Amazon until it is on.
Tick Don't open this automatically at the bottom if you don't want it to pop up again, then click Close.
How to check that the Repricer is healthy
- Open the Overview tab.
- Check that the feed pill in the header is green.
- Look at Needs a look. Follow any links shown.
- Check Prices pushed Β· 24h. If it shows failed pushes, open the Decision log and filter by Pushed to Amazon to see which ones failed and why.
Tips and troubleshooting
- A listing is never repriced. It has no cost, so it has no Min. Link the product to a vendor item with a cost (see the Catalog SKUs and Source SKUs articles).
- "changed outside OrderPilot" means the price on Amazon changed and OrderPilot didn't do it, for example another repricer or a manual edit in Seller Central. OrderPilot only watches that listing until it has been quiet for 24 hours.
- Unassigned listings are not priced. The brain still shows what it would do, so you can check before you assign them.
- Nothing is changing on Amazon. Check that the strategy is Live and that the master switch on the Strategies tab is ON. Both are needed.
- Monitor mode is a safe way to try a strategy. It logs every decision but sends nothing to Amazon.
