Connect Keepa
Add your Keepa API key so OrderPilot can pull product images, buy-box price, badges and sales rank.
What it's for
Keepa provides Amazon product data. With a Keepa key, OrderPilot can fill in product images and the buy-box price, and refresh buy box, badge and rank on a schedule.
Where to find it
⚙ Settings → Integrations → Product data → Keepa. One tab: Setup.
The same key can also be entered on your Amazon store's Connection tab (Settings → Channels → Amazon). It is one key — saving it in either place updates both.
The screen at a glance
- Keepa API Key — shows "(saved ✓)" once a key is stored. Leave blank to keep it.
- A note that the key is used by ⚡ Pull images + buy-box price (Keepa) on the Channel SKUs page.

How to connect Keepa
- Sign in to Keepa and copy your API key from your Keepa account.
- Open Settings → Integrations → Keepa.
- Paste the key and click Save Keepa key.
- To refresh Keepa data automatically, open Settings → Channels → Amazon → Inventory & listings and set Keepa refresh (for example every week), then click Save sync settings.
Tips and troubleshooting
- Keepa uses tokens. Refreshing a large catalog takes time; listings that sell are refreshed first.
- Replacing the key. Paste the new key and save. Blank keeps the old one.
