Payment and subscription

See your OrderPilot plan and add-ons, switch between monthly and yearly billing, record a payment and view invoices (admins only).

What it's for

The Payment & subscription box shows what your company pays for OrderPilot, lets you turn paid add-ons on or off, choose monthly or yearly billing, and see your invoices. Admins only.

Where to find it

⚙ Settings → Company settings → Payment & subscription. The box shows your current price and any open amount. Tabs: Subscription, Pay now, Invoices.

The screen at a glance

Subscription tab

• Base plan — everything except paid add-ons, with its monthly price.
• Add-ons — each with a price and an on/off switch. For example Reports & P&L unlocks the full Reports page (P&L, trends, per-SKU economics).
• Billing cycle — Monthly or Yearly. Yearly saves 15% and is billed once a year.
• Your total — what you pay per month or per year.

Pay now tab

• Amount due for one month or one year, plan plus add-ons (minus 15% for yearly).
• Use the same credit card — keep your card on file for future payments.
• A note about your card. Card payments start working once the payment processor is connected; until then invoices are settled manually.

Invoices tab

Each recorded invoice with its number, period, what it covers, amount and status (PAID or DUE).

How to switch to yearly billing

1. Open Company settings → Payment & subscription → Subscription.
2. In Billing cycle, pick Yearly.
3. Check Your total.

Tips and troubleshooting

• "Admins only." Only admins and the owner can see billing.
• Pay now doesn't charge my card. Card charging is not active yet; the button records the invoice so it can be settled manually.
• Lost access to Reports? Check that the Reports & P&L add-on is on.
