Site settings
Choose the timezone this browser uses to show dates and times across OrderPilot.
What it's for
The Site box sets the timezone used to show dates and times across the app β orders, ship-by dates, POs, jobs and EDI files.
Scheduled jobs always run on Eastern time, whatever you pick here.
Where to find it
β Settings β General settings β Site. One tab: Site settings.
The screen at a glance
- Display timezone β Eastern, Central, Mountain, Pacific or UTC.
- Email, texts, reports & alerts β a note pointing you to where those live: mailboxes, the OrderPilot number, report schedules and alert rules are under Company settings; what each person receives is chosen in Users & Access β My account.
Buttons and actions
| Button | What it does |

| Display timezone list | Saves your choice and reloads OrderPilot so every page uses the new timezone. |
How to show times in Pacific time
- Open Settings β General settings β Site.
- Pick Pacific (PST/PDT).
- OrderPilot reloads. Dates now show in Pacific time.
Tips and troubleshooting
- This choice is stored in your web browser only. It does not change what your teammates see, and you need to set it again on another computer or browser, or after clearing your browser data.
- There is also a company timezone under General settings β Inventory β Images β Time. That one is saved for the whole company.
- Job times still look Eastern. Schedules (like "run daily at 5 AM") are always Eastern time.
