Connect Veeqo
Connect Veeqo with your API key so ready orders are pushed there with Amazon Buy Shipping protection and tracking comes back.
What it's for
With Veeqo connected, OrderPilot pushes orders that are OK to ship into Veeqo with Amazon Buy Shipping protection, imports tracking and label cost for orders you ship in Veeqo, and can mark orders shipped outside Veeqo as shipped there.
Where to find it
⚙ Settings → Integrations → Shipping → Veeqo. Tabs: Setup and Schedule & sending.
The day-to-day automatic jobs are also on Settings → General settings → Orders → Fulfillment (Veeqo card). See Order settings and routing rules.

Veeqo only runs these on schedule while Veeqo automation is turned on (the automation tick box on the Veeqo box, or the Integration switch on the Fulfillment tab).

How to connect Veeqo
- In Veeqo, create an API key and copy it.
- In OrderPilot, open Settings → Integrations → Veeqo → Setup.
- Paste the key, click Save API key, then 🔌 Test connection.
- Open Schedule & sending and click Set up BSP channel once. Wait for "✅ Channel ready".
- Go to General settings → Orders → Fulfillment. Turn on the Veeqo Integration switch, turn on Send orders to Veeqo and Import tracking from Veeqo, set how often, and click Save Veeqo settings.
Tips and troubleshooting
- Use the Fulfillment tab for timing. The Veeqo card under General settings → Orders → Fulfillment always shows your current saved jobs and intervals. Check there before saving from the Schedule & sending tab.
- Orders not reaching Veeqo. Only orders with status "OK to ship" are pushed, never FBA orders, and never twice.
- Badge says Not connected. The key is missing or Veeqo refused it. Paste it again and test.
