Repricer: Min / Max rules
Set how the Repricer works out each listing's lowest (Min) and highest (Max) price from your costs, shipping and Amazon's fees.
What it's for
Every listing on the Repricer has a Min price (it never goes lower) and a Max price (it never goes higher). The Min / Max rules tab sets how OrderPilot works these out for all your listings.
The idea is simple:
Vendor cost + shipping + Amazon's fees + your profit = Min
- Vendor cost (COGS): the cheapest in-stock vendor's cost, times the pack size.
- Shipping: the average label cost for that SKU.
- Amazon fees: Amazon's own fee estimate for each product.
- Your profit: a markup that depends on the product's cost (its "tier").
You can still set your own Min or Max on any single listing from the Listings tab. Those overrides are never changed by these rules.
Everything on this tab is (admins only).
Where to find it
In the left sidebar, open Inventory β Repricer, then click the Min / Max rules tab.

Markup by cost tier
- The % means: choose how the percentage is measured. Profit is always after Amazon's fees, cost and shipping.
- Markup: profit is at least this % of cost + shipping.
- Margin: profit is at least this % of the sale price.
- ROI: profit is at least this % of the product cost.
- The tier table: each row covers a range of vendor cost per unit ("Between $5.01 and $15"). For each range set a Min % (used for the Min price) and a Max % (used for the Max price). The last row covers everything above.
Min price
- Also at least: a flat dollar profit per unit that Min must always reach. Use 0 to turn it off.
- Amazon fee schedules: how many of your priced products have Amazon's fee schedule learned. Products without one use the fallback %.
- Fallback referral %: the fee % used until Amazon's schedule for a product is learned. After a SKU has the number of settled orders you enter, its own orders are used instead.
Min updates within about 5 minutes when a vendor goes out of stock or comes back, or when average shipping changes. Prices in Amazon's fee dead-zone ($10.00 to about $10.8x) are skipped when $10.00 earns more.
Max price
- Buy box suppressed β use history: when there is no buy box, use the highest buy-box price from the last number of days you enter, instead of the markup Max.
- Recover parked listings: prices over 3 times Max (for example a $200 placeholder) are brought down to Max.
- Send Min/Max to Seller Central: Amazon will then refuse any price outside your Min and Max, as a second safety net. It syncs every 15 minutes for listings on a Live strategy, once today's price is inside the range. Unticking clears what OrderPilot set.
- Use Amazon's winning price: ask Amazon for the price that wins the buy box and its outside-retailer price, and let the brain use them.
If Amazon makes a listing inactive for a "potential high pricing error", the brain steps the price down until it is active again. It remembers that ceiling for a week, then tries higher again.
Never compete with
- Our own other seller accounts: Amazon seller IDs of your other stores, one per line. The Repricer won't undercut them.
- Ignore these sellers completely: seller IDs whose offers should be ignored on every product. You can also add sellers from the Competitors tab with Ignore.
Your own SKUs on the same product never compete with each other. SKUs that start with Private-Quote- are never touched.
Advanced
- Max price changes per hour: the default limit per listing.
- Never touch SKUs matching: a pattern for SKUs the Repricer must never change.
- Sales velocity blend: how much weight to give sales over the last 7, 30 and 90 days when working out sales per day.

Tips and troubleshooting
- Changes don't show yet. Rules apply on the next hourly refresh. Use β» Refresh Min/Max to update now.
- One listing ignores my new rules. It has its own Min, Max or markup override. Remove it on the Listings tab with βΊ or Use rules.
- Min looks too high. Check the listing's details: the cost might come from a pricier vendor because the cheapest one is out of stock, or Amazon's fee schedule isn't learned yet and the fallback % is used.
- Seller IDs are the codes Amazon uses for sellers. Click a seller name on the Competitors tab to copy its ID.
