Repricer: Decision log and Competitors
See every pricing decision the Repricer made and why, what it has learned about each competitor, and how it compares with SellerSnap.
What it's for
Three tabs of the Repricer help you understand what it is doing:
- Decision log: every price decision, with the reason in plain English and whether the price was sent to Amazon.
- Competitors: what the brain has learned about each seller it meets.
- OP vs SellerSnap: a side-by-side test of OrderPilot's repricer against SellerSnap on the same products.
Where to find it
In the left sidebar, open Inventory β Repricer, then click Decision log, Competitors or OP vs SellerSnap.
The screen at a glance
Decision log
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| When | How long ago the decision was made. |
| Listing | SKU, ASIN and strategy. Click the SKU or ASIN to copy it. Click β to open the listing's details. |
| Action | What the brain did (see the table below). |
| Price | Old price β new price, with the listing's Min β Max underneath. "Γ3" means the same decision was made on several updates in a row. |
| Buy box | ours, the competitor's price (red), or none. |
| Why | The reason in plain words. |
| Pushed | pushed (sent to Amazon), failed (hover to see why), no change, or monitor (the strategy is in Monitor mode, so nothing was sent). |
What the actions mean:
| Action | Meaning |
|---|---|
| down | Lowered the price. |
| up | Raised the price. |
| creep | Tested a slightly higher price while holding the buy box. |
| jump | Jumped the price up to restart a price war higher. |
| hold | Kept the price. |
| recover | Lowered the price to get a listing that Amazon made inactive back to active. |
| blocked | Wanted to move but was stopped, for example because the price needed was below your Min. The Why column says what stopped it. |
| skip | Didn't price the listing this time. The Why column says why. |
Competitors
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Seller | The seller's name. Click to copy their seller ID. |
| ASINs shared | How many of your products they also sell. |
| Moves | How many price changes they've made. |
| Follows down | How often they undercut you after you dropped your price. |
| Follows up | How often they raised their price after you raised yours. |
| Ignored up | How often you raised and they didn't follow. |
| Reacts in | How fast they usually respond. |
| Type | FBM, FBA or Amazon. |
| Last seen | When they last showed up on one of your products. |
OP vs SellerSnap
This tab is for sellers running a test where each product has two listings: the original SKU priced by SellerSnap, and a copy ending in _DUP priced by OrderPilot. Four tiles compare units sold, sales, estimated profit and number of listings that sold. Profit is units Γ (price after Amazon's real fees β cost β shipping). The table shows each pair side by side and which one is ahead.
A note appears if some _DUP listings are inactive on Amazon, since they can't sell until they have stock and are active. Amazon shows only one offer per seller on a product, so while both are live, buyers usually see the cheaper of your two.

- Type the SKU or ASIN and press Enter.
- Read the Why column for each decision.
- Click β to open the listing and see its full decision history, competitors and Min/Max.
How to find failed price pushes

- Look for red failed tags in the Pushed column. Hover a tag to see Amazon's reason.

Tips and troubleshooting
- "No decisions yet" means no Amazon price updates have arrived for your listings yet. Open a listing and click Evaluate now to run the brain once by hand.
- "No competitors learned yet" fills in as Amazon price updates arrive.
- A seller who follows down a lot is likely using a repricer. Price wars with them can go low fast. Your Min protects you.
- The ignore list lives on the Min / Max rules tab. Remove a seller there if you change your mind.
