Notifications tab

A table of everything OrderPilot can send you, with a tick box per way of sending: πŸ“§ Email, πŸ“± Text and πŸ’¬ OP chat. OP chat messages arrive in your OP Alerts conversation in Team β†’ Chat.

πŸ“Š Weekly report The whole week in one report. You can pick your own day and time.
🚨 Something broke A feed or import stopped running β€” EDI silent, no new orders, a job stuck.
🏬 Shelf ran short A warehouse pick found the shelf empty or short.
πŸ’² Repricer problems A listing stuck inactive on a price error, or the price feed stalled.
🧾 Team & timesheets Timesheets submitted or approved, and other Team updates.

Send my emails to (optional) β€” a different address for these emails. Blank uses your profile email.

Text boxes are greyed out until you have a verified phone and your admin has given you the πŸ“± text permission. A line under the table tells you what is missing, or which number texts will come from.
