Shipping β the Shipped tab and reprints
Find shipped orders, follow delivery status, reprint or download labels, and void a label you no longer need.
What it's for
The Shipped tab on the Shipping page lists every order you have bought a label for. Use it to look up tracking, see whether a package was delivered, check the cost and profit of each shipment, reprint a label, or void a label and put the order back into the unshipped list.
π¨ Recent prints (in the page header) is the quick way to reprint labels you bought in the last few minutes.
Where to find it
In the left sidebar, open Orders β Shipping, then click the Shipped tab at the top.
The screen at a glance
Search and filters
- Search box β type an order number, OP number, SKU, UPC, customer, tracking number, carrier or service. The search covers all your shipped orders, not just the page you are on, and goes back to page 1. Press / to jump to the search box.
- Late risk β all, Late risk only or On time only.
- Status chips β All, Label only, In transit, Out for delivery, Delivered, Problem and Not checked. The number on each chip counts the orders on the current page.
Columns
The default columns are image, Order #, Customer, SKU, Service, Tracking, Status, Cost, Shipped in, Late risk, Profit and Actions. You can also turn on OP #, Paid $ and Shipped at with π Columns. The choice is saved on this computer.
- Order # β opens the order in Seller Central or Walmart Seller Center. β§ copies it.
- Service β carrier logo, service name and where the label was bought.
- Tracking β opens the carrier's tracking page. β§ copies the number.
- Status β the last delivery status reported by the carrier, with its short description. Point at it for the date it was checked or delivered. "Not checked" means no status has been fetched yet.
- Cost β what the label cost.
- Shipped in β the account the label came from (for example Veeqo or Amazon Buy Shipping).
- Late risk β "β Late risk" means a rate that could arrive after the promised date was chosen on purpose. "β Shipped late" means the order shipped after its promise date. Point at the tag to see why.
- Profit β point at the amount to see the breakdown: what the buyer paid, referral fee, shipping and product cost.
At the bottom, β Prev, Next β and the page box with Go move between pages. Each page holds 150 orders.

How to reprint a label
- If you bought it recently, click π¨ in the header and click Reprint (or Batch for the whole run).
- Otherwise, open the Shipped tab, search for the order, and click π¨οΈ Reprint on its row.
Orders shipped in several boxes reprint every box.
How to void a label
- Find the order on the Shipped tab (or on the Unshipped tab, where it shows as "β Shipped").
- Click β Void (or β Unship & void in the order window).
- Confirm. The label is refunded according to the carrier's policy and the order goes back to the unshipped list.
- If the carrier won't void the label, OrderPilot tells you why and asks whether to unship anyway. If you say yes, the order is unshipped but you keep paying for the label.
- If the buyer had asked to cancel, you are then asked whether to cancel the order on the channel now.
How to check where a package is
- Open the Shipped tab.
- Click β» Refresh to fetch the latest status for undelivered packages on this page.
- Click a status chip, such as Problem, to see only those orders.
- Click the tracking number to open the carrier's tracking page.
Tips and troubleshooting
- Status says "Not checked". Click β» Refresh. Some packages have no free tracking source, and the message says how many were skipped.
- Can't find an order. The search looks at all shipped orders. Clear the Late risk filter and the status chips if the list seems short.
- The Recent prints badge counts labels printed on this computer today.
- Scan to verify (the third tab) is not available yet.
